Works a treat to transport Mounjaro pens, they have probably a wider temperature range than insulin but nevertheless I would not want the content to get much above 10 degrees especially as I tend to get 6 rather than 4 doses from a single pen so it is open slightly longer than recommended. The temperature readout does seem to be in line with the fridge setting so I am comfortable of the accuracy. The colour is nice and discrete with the readout sufficiently sized for someone whose sight is not as good as it could be too so I’m very pleased overall.

I bought this cooler case for travelling with my insulin pens and it has been a great purchase. The build quality feels solid and well made, with a strong zipper and durable material. The digital temperature display is really useful and gives peace of mind knowing that the medication is staying at the right temperature while travelling. The cooling packs last for several hours when frozen properly and the inside insulation does a good job of keeping everything cool. It’s compact enough to fit in a bag without taking up too much space, yet roomy enough for a couple of pens and some small accessories. I’ve used it on long days out and short trips and it has worked perfectly every time. It’s a practical and dependable item for anyone who needs to carry temperature-sensitive medication.

It's seems OK... The case came dirty a bit but inside everything looks fine, I put the blue suport in the freezer as is stated in the instruction untill tomorrow...and I am very courios how it's working....overall nice product at the moment.

Good storage capacity. When travelling the freezer package keeps it cool for at least 8/10 hours. Good value for money

It's decent. It lasts for a couple of hours but i wouldn't recommend it for a long flight that's more than 8 hours.

Ho dovuto restituire l'articolo per errore mio durante la fase di acquisto: credevo fossero dei ghiaccioli flessibili che ti consentono di modellarli per adattarli meglio alle parti del corpo su cui vanno applicati, ed invece sono parecchio rigidi, una volta tirati fuori dal freezer.

Maravillosa para meter insulina. Funciona perfectamente y dura muchas horas. Además es bonito.

I got these ice packs to replace the ones in my 2 boys' lunch boxes for school. The cover is a cloth-like material that is easy to clean off with a damp cloth, if needed. The seams are very well sealed, sturdy, and thick, so I don't foresee these leaking or getting split anytime soon. They freeze fully in a few hours (I toss mine in the freezer overnight usually), and they stay cold for a while. When I unpack them after about 8 hours, they are melted of course, but still have a slight chill to them. If these work as well as they do for lunches, I think it's safe to say that they will be quite effective for their original intended use as insulin travel ice packs.
