We bought the PURPLE LEAF 9' x 11.5' Rectangle Cantilever Umbrella to add some shade and comfort around our pool and fire pit area — and it’s been fantastic! The size is generous and easily covers our pool loungers during the day, and then we swivel it over to the fire pit seating area in the evening. The 360-degree rotation and multi-angle tilt are super easy to use and make a big difference as the sun moves. It feels like we’re getting two umbrellas in one because it works so well in both spots! Build quality is excellent — the frame is solid and doesn’t budge in the wind (we’re using the recommended weighted base), and the canopy fabric looks and feels premium. It also adds a modern, resort-style vibe that really elevates our backyard. Whether we’re enjoying a sunny pool day or relaxing around the fire pit at dusk, this umbrella gives us the perfect mix of shade and style. Totally worth it — highly recommend!

This is a high quality umbrella. I bought the navy 10 ft after it was well-reviewed on Consumer Reports and it awesome! It provides plenty of shade. I tilt it in the morning to block the east sun and then tilt it flat for the middle of the day. It has seen some wind, but when we get strong winds I make sure it is closed. The base is filled with course sand and water. It's not easy to completely fill with sand. It is so heavy that it will never be moved from where it is now. I get a lot of "Wow, this umbrella is giant and so nice!" I've had it a full summer of hot Utah sun and it did not fade. It's easy to open and to turn.

This Purple Leaf Cantilevered umbrella is just what we needed for our VERY sunny deck! The fabric is a pretty color of red and is very sturdy and heavy! It was very easy to assemble and put up with two people. We had a small hole in the umbrella fabric and the company sent us a replacement fabric within a couple of weeks! VERY happy with this purchase and would highly recommend to anyone needing to shade their patio or deck! Bought a rug to compliment the umbrella…so pretty together!

We are very happy with this purchase. When the umbrella and base arrived one of the screw-in tops for one of the base stands was crushed and unusable. Purple Leaf responded quickly and sent us a new one. Problem solved. Assembly was easy. I have found out from Purple Leaf that you can put anti freeze in the bases if you decide to fill them with water. I would recommend using water instead of sand for the fill because if you want to reposition the umbrella it would be very difficult to remove sand from the base. Good experience with Purple Leaf and the umbrella looks great.

Easy to put together and looks great! I hired an handyman to assemble it! I bought it in brick red and it is very high quality! During winter, I store it in garage for protection! Highly recommend!

Received this cantilever umbrella and was surprised how well made it was. Solid construction and should last quite awhile. Came in 2 huge boxes but well packed to prevent any damage. The umbrella color was a little off to what was pictured but the customer service team at Purple Leaf were amazing as they politely and professionally help remedy the situation. Overall a worthy investment for any patio, now I just have to get off my lazy butt and put this together (based on the instructions should not be too much of an issue as all the complicated parts come pre-assembled!)

This is a bargain. Easy to put up. I used small gravel to weight down the base. The fabric is excellent quality and the crank and other parts move easily to place the shade where you want. I would purchase this again.

These umbrellas are beautiful and great quality! I have purchased three over the last two years and they are a life saver over our pool. The still look brand new after two summers of use and make our pool area look like a five-star resort!
