Let me tell you...I have been searching for a good down duvet insert for a long time. I have done my fair share of purchasing, opening it up and immediately returning. Most highly rated duvets/comforters on Amazon are NOT what you think they are. I learned to pay attention to the actual fillings (the less feather the better - they have hard cores and will not be comfortable). And most products I got before either have down fiber or feathers (they also didn't mention duck or goose). I was genuinely happy when I found Canadian Down & Feather Co. and I like how much details they provide on the website and to teach customers how to tell the good from the bad. I think it is worth the money to purchase a quality one and use it for a "lifetime" (what the label said when I received it! minimalism at its finest) than throwing away the flattened ones that are cheaper. The duvet came in very good packaging and with NO weird smells like the other ones. We shaked it well and exposed it under the sun for the afternoon. It became so fluffy and soft. Plus it is very lightweight which is the definition of a GOOD down comforter. Just look at the fillings in picture 2. I have made another purchase right after I received this one. Highly recommend!

I need to sleep with the window open and the fan on even in the colder seasons, but I can't have heavy blankets or comforters that weigh me down since I tend to sleep very warm. This down comforter has done the trick for me, I absolutely love it. The description is just what it is, for people who can't sleep to warm under covers, but just enough to be comfortable. I totally recommend this product.

Perfect weight and warmth and would buy again. We are in love with this duvet. No leakage at all.

As soon as I unpacked this down comforter I knew it was a mistake. Material is stiff. Sounded like it was filled with newspaper. Returned immediately.

Couldn't be happier with my new goose down conforter. It was really flat when I opened it so I thought it had been replaced but after fluffing it and letting it breathe on a clothesline for an hour, it became super puffy and now looks and feels amazing. Thanks bid416!

So pleased with this duvet. It's lightweight but still cosy and I love that the outside of the duvet is white which makes my white duvet covers look even whiter. I'd buy again in a heartbeat. Love it!

I really like this comforter. It is warmer than the other white down comforter that we purchased a few years ago from the same manufacturer but, all in all, is just as light. We thought we would try the goose down this time for the other queen sized bed and we are pleased. I have no negatives but my wife has one which, to her, it makes a "crinkly" sound when rolling over which I think we dissipate with time anyway. Other than that which is not a big deal, she loves. The stitching is neat and it appears well made and we would recommend. If you like a little extra warmth, we would recommend the goose down.

Paid to much money, squares are big and filling is scarce. Not happy
