It is simple and easy to make - just add water and stir. It dissolves well. But, the flavor is not there. This product tastes like water with cinnamon and a mild touch of mocha or vanilla if you have the variety pack. I tried varying the amount of water as suggested, but it's still not good. I would return it if I could. Very disappointing.

Tastes like if you took a cup of coffee dumped out 3/4 of it out and filled it back up with water. Watered down flavored coffee. No bueno
