true to size... slightly large before first washing. been purchasing for 22 years, super durable as i work with metal and have zero issues with these jeans. purchase a new set every couple years.

I've been buying Eddie Bauer Men's Authentic Jeans (Dark Heritage) for at least 10 years, always from the store or EB website until now. The two 34x34 jeans (verified on the label) I received last week are comically big, though one is still 1-2 inches longer than the other. The front rise (from middle of waistband to bottom of crotch) is particularly long on both, at least an inch longer than my jeans from past years - and that makes a pretty big difference visually. I don't know if there was a mixup or if these two were just made poorly (though they arrived a week apart, so likely not made at the same time), but they are being returned as I can't wear them.

I have worn Eddi Bauer Relaxed Fit Jeans for many years. I have always ordered 30 inch inseam. The actual length of the inseam was, in fact 28 inches. This past year I have ordered several 28 inch inseam jeans. When I started wearing them, they were too long. I measured and the 30 inch jeans were actually 30 inches. Now it shouldn't be a defect to have the sizing actually be the sizing but when there is a change from the previous design, it would have been helpful to have it mentioned somewhere.

Bought as a gift for my husband and they fit perfectly, the quality is great, and they are his new favorite jeans!

Longer inseam than stated.

I have worn this brand of jean for years - they fit my frame well and are consistent in quality. I typically purchase them locally from a factory outlet but they are not always available or in the right size. Occasionally, they are out of stock at Amazon so I check periodically and order another pair when available.
