Worked flawlessly, neither the mouse or the keyboard had any latency whatsoever so I can recommend it for gaming purposes as well as work or just general internet purposes. I'm also using it on my steam deck and it works perfectly there too.

This keyboard and mouse was terrific! ...for the first 9 months. Over the past month, the keyboard has had trouble connecting via bluetooth, up to the point where it's no longer connecting at all. I've tried everything, but the keyboard won't respond. For a while, the included USB insert worked for the keyboard, but that only lasted for 2 days. Now, the keyboard will light up when plugged into the charge, but it will not respond when attempting to pair or connect - dead as a doornail. Never been dropped, nothing spilled on it, nothing of that nature. It has just died. The mouse has been excellent! Rapoo support has a 2 year warranty, but it's basically meaningless. They tell me to send it back to the seller or a replacement, but the seller doesn't necessarily want anything to do with it after the 30-day return period is over. Amazon very graciously accepted a refund for the defective product, and without them Rapoo wouldn't have done anything. Boo! It's frustrating, as this wasn't a cheap option - has potential, and at the price point, I would expect life far more than 10 months.

I bought this keyboard and mouse combo as a temporary replacement for my work laptop keyboard after a key broke. Replacing the built-in Dell keyboard would have cost more than this combo, so I thought this would be a reasonable stopgap. For the first few days, everything worked perfectly. Both the keyboard and mouse functioned over the USB receiver and Bluetooth on three Windows machines and one Linux system. Then, without warning, the keyboard completely stopped working. The mouse still works fine, but the keyboard is no longer detected as an input device on any system. I’ve tried every possible connection method: USB receiver, Bluetooth, and wired. The keyboard shows as “connected” on all devices, but it simply does not register any input. I reset and re-paired it multiple times, removed and reinstalled drivers, and even installed Rapoo’s configuration software — nothing helped. There is no physical damage; it just failed on its own. Unfortunately, I didn’t return it within the Amazon return window because I genuinely believed the issue was with my devices and that I could fix it myself. After extensive troubleshooting, it’s clear the keyboard itself is defective, and I strongly regret not returning it sooner. I’ve been working in IT support for nearly 10 years, and I’ve never seen a near-new keyboard fail like this. This is not user error — the product is simply junk. To make matters worse, Rapoo support has been completely unresponsive. I’ve owned this product for three months and have never received a reply to my support requests. If I could give this zero or negative stars, I would. The mouse may work, but a keyboard that dies after a few days is unacceptable. Save your money and buy something else.

The Bad: - I must say that I am a little bit disappointed with the quality control, right out of the box, you can see in the attached image that the trim around the keyboard is warped, and while this is small, it concerns me with regards to longevity. - As well, I was under the impression that the Keyboard and mouse were linked when switching devices, unfortunately, you have to switch both the mouse and keyboard separately. The good: - Connecting to Bluetooth was really easy. - Both the keyboard and mouse feel good, I would say even amazing with regards to the mouse. - Both devices are rechargeable and were delivered fully charged. I will test for a few days to see if switching devices manually on both items is too annoying and if I can get over the construction, especially for a brand new purchase. I will however, likely return the item. Changing to 1 Star. While the mouse is fantastic, The keyboard is unusable. - Sometimes, there is a delay when pressing a key. - Sometimes, nothing happens when pressing a key. - Sometimes, multiple entries are appearing when pressing a key. The seller was amazing and went out of their way to help me out with my concerns, they have stated that they will work on the construction of the keyboard to prevent the trim issue. A replacement was issued and i am satisfied.
