Really good, helped almost stop my hot flashes. I would recommend trying these if the hot flashes are getting to you. I’ve gone from having loads to only having a few since taking these

It’s good,but unfortunately I think this tablets are not enough go true to the body’s needs. Usually some of the really great nutrients it’s absorbed straight in to the body cells ,which all humans body needs.

I can’t do without these now as they really calm my hot sweats, especially in bed.

Can’t honestly say these are doing anything as been taking for a few weeks but still get very warm with the menopause. I will keep taking until they run out. So I took the last two today and I really don’t feel they did anything so I won’t be purchasing any more

On the front of the bottle it states 20mg isoflavones per serving, whilst on the back it states amount per serving is 50g. (Serving size = 2 Tablets). Seems to be a little confusing! I have been searching for a better value product of the soy isoflavones to help regulate hormonal activity and may as well continue to do so for a product that is all-round good value.

I liked the size of the tablets but they can do more reasonable price for them
