Yes you can do that..if you are meaning printing the colored designs on the soluble paper. .also with photographs copied to the soluble paper....but use bright colors when using colors because when you put the glycerin first and then the print it will fade some...some of mine were harder to see when wrapped...bright colors will show up better. It turns out good...I did animal prints which came out really nice.

Can I stick the paper to the fabric with the iron?

Sulky has many iron on stabilizers but Paper Solvy is not one of them. In the 18 styles of stabilizer Sulky offers some of the ones that are iron on are: Fuse n Stitch which is a cut away, Tender touch which is a cut away, Super Solvy which is water soluble, Solvy which is water soluble, Totally Stable which is a tear away. I see a reply that says "yes" paper solvy can be ironed on and this person probably has more expertise than I and it might can be ironed on, it is just not marked on the package as an iron on stabilizer. Can I stick this on a piece of fabric, write on it, embroidery over the top then use water to remove the sticky and paper??

The paper will dissolve but it takes some moving around to loosen it up. I don't know about the sticky part. Good luck! It sounds like a good idea.

Can this be used to dip in soap to make single use hand soaps?

I do not know about making soap, but what I used it for it worked great
