These are not black as pictured and labeled. They are grey. There are no instructions included regarding how to use the extra insole. The box is so small causing permanent wrinkles/folds.

These slippers were nice when they arrived. However after little inside use they are falling apart.Soles are detaching from the upper as well as other wear. Just poor materials.
