Eahora was nothing but amazing. The Romeo pro three is amazing. They went above and beyond with the service that they provided. I’ve had my bike for over a month and a half. I haven’t been able to ride it due to wire and connection issues but these guys made sure that they handled the problem and sent me everything I needed to make it so my bike was ready to ride and I could program it. It drives so smooth. It was easy to assemble. It’s very durable a little heavy. The build quality is definitely solid. The money I spent on it was well worth it especially because of the customer service.

Too start off this is one amazing ebike. I was sceptical at first since I have had owned cheaper ebikes. The cheaper ones don't hold a candle to these. Yes these are a heavy bike but when you are cruising around at 45mph the weight is needed. So far I have had the bike a month and have 200 miles on the bike so far. Have charged it 3 times. This bike is used on our cow calf farm operation and it's perfectly for checking cows and riding fences. The saddle bags are perfect for parts/tools. Having one farm 3 miles away this bike gets you there quickly! We also do alot of hunting and this bike is perfect to ride to them far away stands. Keep you from putting scent on the ground and is very quiet. We also have lots of hills and this bike has the power to get over the hills without peddling. These off road hills I can do 25-30mph! As far as initial start up it takes some getting used to. As far as turning on the bike and selecting what motors to used and what mode. For night time riding, the headlight is super bright! The bike catches attention and looks amazing! Only cons I have is I had to do a little adjustment to the back rack so it would fit. Also there was a clicking on the rear wheel. Ended up lubing the spokes and that took care of it. Also the front shock was not acting right. It would bottom out when you would hit a bump and the front light would be moved. Ended up buying a shock pump. I believe I put 215psi in it to get it smooth. Might just be since I'm 275lbs but works perfectly now. And the seat takes some getting used to but now I've rode several miles I love it. Extremely comfortable. As far as customer service. Yes it does take some time for them to get back to you since they are probably replying from across the world but every question has been answered and everything they promised me has been kept. Very pleased so far. I will try and do a 6 month update. If you are on a farm like me or live in the city, this bike will perform! Yes this bike is expensive but for the value, you are getting more than what you are paying for! Hope this review has been helpful!

As you can see in the picture the box has some slight damage when it came in but the bike is fine, not even a scratch. I've seen videos on how to install it so I took my time on it since I didn't have someone to help me. First I suggest as soon as you get the bike out of the box, install the shock first use the styrofoam that came in the packaging to raise the seat also use some of those styrofoam on the handlebars. Now you can turn the bike upside down to install the wheel. Other than that the rest was easy. First thing I notice was the tank on the hydraulic brakes (see picture). As far as I know this is new. Unfortunately the brakes feels very spongy. When I hit the lever I can clearly see bubbles rising, so there's definitely air on the tubes. After a few presses I think I got rid of the bubbles. Plus I cleaned the rotors and brake pads with some rubbing alcohol. It seems Eahora finally programmed the bike correctly. Other than unlocking the speed limit, I kept all of the factory settings. It runs smooth, Compared to my other ebikes the motor is louder. This bike is Definitely Not for Beginners. The Bike is heavy, unless you've ridden a motorcycle before I suggest practicing getting on and off. I'm 5'11 this fits me perfectly. I can't recommend it for shorter people, because of the weight you will have a hard time getting on/off the saddle. Overall this bike has exceeded my expectations. I Love It!

First let me say, MILO who works in customer service is great! Always answers questions politely and in a timely manner. The bike is pretty easy to put together. Buy would recommend one helper. Once out on the road she rides really well, I like the feel of this weighty bike because I gee safer. All controls worked as expected, but the manufactory settings need to br tweaked in order for her to run at full capacity. Two things that would be great on this bike. Blinkers and rear view mirrors. This is a FAST bike 40+ and rides more like a small motorcycle. Mirrors and blinkers would be good. But, I'm adding on my own. The bikes battery will take you around town or work and back in a heartbeat. The battery is HUGE! I WOULD DEFINITELY purchase a motorcycle helmet for riding this bike. A bike helmet won't save you going 45 mph! This bike is built tough and is a all terrain bike. With the battery, it comes in at about 150 lbs. I've flow up steep angle hills no problem. This is built very well. I would recommend this bike for anyone wanting a little extra adventure.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This bike is amazing. I went bout 40 miles from a full charge. And it went down to only @75% charge still remaining. Also the company can be contacted if u encounter any problems. They respond back very quickly. Can't say enough how good this bike and the company is.
