Is there a pillow case/cover that one can buy for this?

The following pillowcase fits perfectly for the travel size version of this pillow: LilySilk 3101-11-30x40 100% Silk Pillowcase for Travel Pillows, 12 x 16, Dark Teal https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01N4F14SJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_TR8HDZ59C32XJVAN19XE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Does this product come only in extra firm type or is there a soft and medium soft variant available ?

Expensive and It is so firm that it offers no real comfort. Basically a brick. My physical therapist highly recommended that i switch to a newentor pillow. It keeps the neck aligned with the back.I get the best support and sleep on this great brand.

I am 5'8 170lbs, average size. I'm a side sleeper, is the medium or large would be best for me?

I’m roughly the same size and the large is best for me. I think the large pillow is a bit smaller in length and width dimensions than most pillows

is this pillow for side sleepers?

I sleep on my side all the time and it works great! If you flip to the other side you might have to adjust the pillow was it is not a big pillow. Love this pillow for traveling.
