This veneer pack is a woodworker's dream! The selection is amazing – exotic woods, domestic options, you name it. The quality is top-notch, and the variety gives you endless possibilities for projects. I've already used some for a small box and it turned out stunning. Highly recommend for any woodworker looking to expand their creative horizons.

Excellent product. Sheets 5.5 to 7.5 inches wide x 12. If my count is right I got about 38 sheets with about 1/3rd measuring in at 7.5 x 12. This contains good variety and sheets range from pristine straight grain to full burl, and quite a bit of curl, but don't buy if you're looking for matched sheets. One piece of walnut burl in my package is a bit wavy and has some minor voids, but on par with other walnut burl I have purchased and with the intense figuring a perfect piece is probably rare. On some less burled walnut the piece is flat and void free. This is definitely a sampler, but the package doesn't include throwaways and castoffs. The pictures include a few of my favorites as well as the two pieces of burl that are the roughest. Very pleased.

A large variety of veneers each are around the size of an 8x11.5 piece of paper. Used these to make wood veneer rings, which turned out great. I also tried making cut outs of 1 inch letters to glue onto holiday cards but veneer is by nature too thin to cut into small shapes. I ended up making holiday cards with 2 layers of veneer glued to each other and then used sharpie to write the messages. However, the veneer began warping and curling which I assume is the nature of thin wood veneer. Anyway, this seller delivers the product as advertised. Would recommend to anyone looking for a variety pack of quality veneer.

Fantastic for lots of little projects. Perfect length for bentwood rings. My only issue was that there were a few pieces I would love to order more of but I'm not sure what they are, and others that were poorly suited to my needs that I wouldn't want to use ever again. I suggest labeling them (I put a tiny letter code on the corner of each sheet) and creating a reference list with the species if you know it and any important properties you find when working with them.

I bought these for a project I've been planning for a long time, and was really surprised by how big these sheets are in person. There is a great variety of beautiful woods, and definitively a must buy for someone trying to get a better idea of what they need for their own projects. The smell is a little strong right out of the box, but it goes away pretty fast. These are absolutely perfect for my project, and the I can't stress enough how pretty these samples are. Almost all of them are in great usable shape, with a few outliers with knot holes, though those could also be good with other projects.

Nice veneer with few blemishes or cracks, however the variety is lacking. Looks like mostly domestic with like 3-5 sheets of exotic. There is also no labeling on any of the veneer so unless you know wood... you are out of luck identifying what it is

My 13 year old son purchased these to make fingerboards. Only one piece had a split right down the whole sheet. I think I read either in the description this may happen or someone commented it would. I was not surprised or upset and thought having only one sheet with an issue wasn't bad. He's been making them since the veneer arrived and is happy with the different types of veneer, has favorites as well. He's already planning on buying another package and making this his "go to" place for his fingerboard veneers.

There is a lot of good variety in this pack. The color of the wood is good. Some sheets were very good in terms of quality, others not so much. I noticed diagonal saw marks on several sheets one one side. Several pieces of my veneer were split, and several pieces had holes in them. Many knots as well. Some of it is so thin that when gluing, the glue bleeds through to the other side- keep this in mind, because many of the pieces are also very wavy, you will need to glue/clamp them.
