The product is designed very badly by incompetent people who do not know what they are doing. 1. Aroma: Not mentioned anywhere; not helpful in any way for pain relief. 2. Weight: Too heavy!!!!!!! Not suitable for pain relief. 3. Cold retention: Does not stay cold for even a few minutes. 4. Cost: Exorbitant. Final verdict: Not recommended.

Heats well in the microwave. Moulds well to the shoulders and back. Weighted, so sits comfortably and transfers heat well to the body Reheating is very easy. Can be done repeatedly. Just the right temperature at the end of 2 minutes of microwaving. The final feature I liked was the perfume. It is really good.

The Aroma from various dried herbs filled inside each cloth capsules are really amazing, but will not serve the main purpose as it will not hold the cold or heat even for more than 3-5 mins. The product is a bit heavy and senior citizens cannot bear the weight of this product.
