do I paint stucco before or after applying this product?

You will want to paint the stucco first; nothing we sell will stick to the Siloxane PD once applied. As long as the coating/paint you use is not an elastomeric, the Siloxane PD should do its job. We always recommend a test area to determine adhesion and performance.

How long does it take to dry
