Cool, comfy, and long lasting
Love it! Great support for head and neck. Pillow stays cool all night. I used the previous generation of this pillow for 10 years and it’s still a good pillow, but was losing its firmness after 10 years. I expect to get another 10 years from this one.

I love this pillow
Hands down the best pillow I've bought in 5 years. Extremely comfortable. It actually keeps me cool at night and it contours my head perfectly. It's Not to soft and not to firm. My only complaint is the smell. After leaving it out for 24 hours to "off gas" it's completely gone. My tempur pedic Pro-Adapt mattress was the same. So glad I found this pillow. Way better than Purple & easier on my wallet. This may not be the pillow for everyone but I couldn't be happier. No neck pain & i sleep though the night. Thank you Tempur pillow!!

BUY IT!
I bought a pillow that a store recommended to me, it was still over $100, but I was iffy about it. I used it for a few months, but my neck would hurt a lot. I finally told my husband I want another pillow. I kept looking for a Tempur-Pedic because it's the one I really liked in store, but I got swayed by the salesperson with all his "pros" for the other pillow. I started doing research for Tempur-Pedic, and was worried because this wasn't the exact pillow I tried in store, but it is SO GOOD! My neck doesn't hurt like it was, it's very heavy, which is sometimes a downfall, but it has held up over a year, and it really is cooling, and I love that. Very durable and high quality. 100% recommend.

The Goldilocks pillow....just right.
I've been on a quest to find the perfect pillow. I'm coming from an almost 10 year old Tempur-Pedic Symphony pillow...and I have to say the Symphony has been pretty good to me. But it's getting a little beat down at this point and it's time for a replacement. I should also say that I'm about 6'0, 205lbs. side sleeper. I like a high loft. I went to the stores. Tried the Purple Original and Purple Harmony. Original was too firm...Harmony too bouncy. I didn't actually sleep on either one of these...but I just didn't think either was going to work, so I began looking elsewhere. I tried the Saybrook shredded memory foam pillow. Now that one is good...I still have it, and I think I'm gonna keep it. That's a great pillow, love the adjustability....but I do have to fluff it in the middle of the night. The stuffing sort of shifts around on me, and the support it offers at the beginning of the night is not the support it offers in the morning. And it is a bit warm. But overall a great pillow. I'm probably going to keep it as a back up. The shredded foam used on this is top-notch. Nice and squishy. Very uniform. This really is a great pillow. I just don't want to keep fluffing and don't want to have to readjust in the middle of the night. That led me to the Tempur-Pedic Tempur Cloud Cooling Pro Hi. I wanted to love it. It's heavy. It's a solid piece of memory foam. The cooling is legit...like too cold to start. The cooling does not last all night, and by morning I don't feel any cooling what-so-ever. You could maybe flip the pillow, but this thing is heavy, and I have a bad shoulder. The cooling is almost too much though when I first lay down. Frigid. Distracting. It's also firm. Like too firm. It's not all that bad when you first lay your head on it...and then you sink in just a bit...and then it's like the foam around your head is so firm that you can't really move your head around any, if that makes sense. I was waking up with a headache and sore neck. So the whole thing is just a bit too "extra" for me. Maybe a tad too tall. Maybe a tad too cold. Maybe a tad too firm. Now the cover of the Pro...it's awesome. But who really cares about the cover when most people use a pillow case anyway. So that led me to the Tempur-Pedic Tempur Cloud Breeze Cooling. It has a touch less loft than the Pro Hi. It's just a bit softer. I would call the Could Breeze Cooling a medium, and the Cloud Pro a firm. Both are heavy. The cooling with the Could Breeze is legit. Not as cool as the Cloud Pro...but it's noticeable. Gone by morning though. But the Cloud Breeze is the Goldilocks pillow. Just right. High loft...but not too high. Medium firmness...so it's firm...but not too firm. Cooling is legit...but not frigid. I think I found a keeper. I'm about a week into it so far, but I feel comfortable enough that I'm going to like it to write this review. Now the cover for the Cloud Breeze...nothing special. But again...who cares? It's removeable...it's washable...and I always use a pillow case anyway. So the bottom line for me is that the Tempur Clould Breeze Cooling and the Tempur Clould Pro Hi Cooling are very similar pillows...but the Pro is just a bit "extra"...and in my case...extra was too much. Cloud Breeze wins with me. If you are a really big dude...really broad shoulders...and like a high, firm pillow...go with the Pro Hi. If you are a 6'5"...250lb linebacker who sleeps on his side...get the Pro Hi. But for more regular-sized side sleepers, I think the Cloud Breeze is the one to get.

This pillow will change your life, and not in a good way
This pillow will change your life, and not in a good way. As others have noted, this pillow traps heat. I routinely had to rotate and flip this pillow several times a night. It compresses below the level of alignement, which is saying something for a sidesleeper. And after 10 months, the minimal support melts away and it flattens down like a pancake. Sleep was not good on this pillow. I woke up from overheating all the time. Will Tempur support your purchase after this inceredibly expensive pillow flattens out? Not in my experience. Your life will change again (for the better) the day you give this pillow the boot. If your're a hot sleeper and willing to spend this much on the Tempur, I'd suggest paying a little more for the Purple Dreamlayer. My sleep improved dramatically the very first night.

Majestic/ in the pillow universe if you will lol..
I've had this pillow for almost 5 years and it's broken in now, with that said,, my mattress which is also tempedic medium firm I had for about 8 plus years so the two that work together at this point time is perfect to relieve any aches and pains I have in my body. Mind you, I have an adjustable base I raise the legs/ lower part a little bit which for me personally, gives me all night comfort / perfect spinal alignment for a good night's rest. I know pillows are tough to come by for anyone because the fact that we're all built differently and we have different lifestyles that's totally understandable. However, I feel like this is definitely a majestic pillow and its own right for what it does as far as we're leaving tension or pressure points in your neck head and shoulders. Hope this helps for someone.. Happy trails and happy fill searching one love :-)

Cool, Comfy, and Totally Worth It
Love this pillow! Super comfy and supportive, and the cooling feature actually works — no more flipping to the cold side. My neck feels great in the morning, and I sleep way better now. Pricey, but 100% worth it.

This pillow is all over the place..
So the first thing I researched when choosing this pillow was "what's the difference between Tempur material and memory foam?" Answer: nothing, it's a marketing term for Tempur-Pedic's memory foam. Sure not all memory foam is created equal - that's fine. There are different formulas, qualities, and densities. This pillow is what I would call a medium firm to firm, compared to other memory foams.. yet is somehow rather squishy - I think I know why - and I'll explain further. The thing with memory foam though is it's very ... tempur.. mental... hah! No, seriously. It's very temperature dependent in terms of hot = squish and cold = rock solid. And because memory foams retain heat like no ones business, Tempur-Pedic implemented these giant sheets of gel material over top of their non-ventilated foam (vs where you see ventilated foams that have holes through them to allow them to breathe) on each side of the pillow, to account for heat retention issues. There are a few problems with this approach though. The first, gel will eventually retain heat too - so while you get about 30min-1hr of cool before it starts warming up, it will eventually be warm - and I've woken up in the middle of the night because of that. Which - ok fine, flip the pillow - but the pillow weighs over TEN POUNDS for the king. She chonk. Second, when it's warmer out or in your room, the Tempur material compresses down so basically both gel pads are nearly touching. Third, if you do a test and press your hand into just a block of memory foam or Tempur material, you'll see indents around your fingers as it cradles pressure on anything that pushes back - where as this gel - because it's in sheets - cradles an area of pressure - such as the back of your head, leaving your neck somewhat less supported than I feel it should because it's distributing weight over an area as opposed to directly to a pressure point and being buoyant in less supportive spots. This one is hard to describe but trust me. It's oddly noticeable. And lastly (and this one just happened to me last night and ultimately was the straw that broke the camels back) the gel material is also respondent to temperature, so my room was overly cold as it gets colder out at night - so I literally woke up shivering at one point, pulled my comforter up over my head and slept on it so I had another layer between my head and this pillow's freezing cold gel top, just so I could fall asleep again. So as I said - this pillow is all over the place. It's hard, it's soft, it's hot, it's cold, it's somewhat supportive - but not enough in areas. I will say I did not wake up with a sore neck - but this thing is just not the comfort king you'd expect from such an expensive brand name. And that's why unfortunately, I cannot recommend this.
