This back and neck massager is amazing! I love that it has multiple settings and it heats up. It also has a built in timer and auto shutoff. It plugs into the wall and even included an adapter to plug into the car. The remote conveniently adjusts the settings to your desired preferences. This will be a great tool to use to help reduce tension and help with soreness and keep my fascia in check between massage therapy appointments. It was super easy to set up and test the different modes. I look forward to trying it on my tired legs and sore arms as well.

The massager broke in the 4th month of ownership, parts came off inside, it no longer moved correctly after 3 mos. it kept stopping. Not well made internally. I enjoyed it for 3 mos. Simply not built well.It won't last, not durable.

This massager is relaxing. It can use for the neck, and use for the back when you flip upside down. There are 4 massage ball shaped devices rotating in the clockwise and counterclockwise. It’s easy to use, the cord length is good. There are three setting there, the difference between the each setting is just rotation timing longer or shorter. It’s heat up as well. The back of this massager has a stripe, which you can stripe on to a chair. It also comes with a car charger which you can use while driving, good for long distance traveling.

This massager is amazing! The 3D Shiatsu kneading feels just like real hands, and the heat option adds extra comfort. Great for neck, back, and shoulders. So easy to use at home, in the car, or at the office. Great gift for moms, dads, or anyone needing stress relief. Highly recommend!

If you identify with me, leading a very fast-paced, busy and stressful life, I think this product will be of great help to you too. I got this product to reduce some of the tension that my back and neck feel due to all the accumulated stress, and it has worked perfectly. I have felt how all of the affected areas start to relax when the massager is placed correctly. Something that I love is that you can use it in the car. I am amazed because I drive a lot and that is exactly when it helps me the most; because if you get stuck in traffic, you know what I mean! It works perfectly!!!

I cannot believe it stopped working in an hour of using it! Amazing product, but I did not buy for it to not work the same day I’ve received it. So disappointed 😔

I purchased this to see if it would help with my L4 and L5 vertebrae because I have extreme sciatica. So far I've used it about four times and it definitely helps. I will definitely continue to use this product, as it is giving me relief. If you're in the market for something to help with your sciatica or just lower back problem in general, I would say give this a shot 👍🏻

Love it!! It is perfect for home and the office. I have not tried ot in the car but I think I would fall asleep if I did. It has 3 levels of heat, different massage modes and you can change the dorection the massage balls are moving which is great. I definitely recommend this product.
