100% customer service
After having my package lost /stolen in transit I made a hasty accusation suggesting that the sender didn't send my item at all, how wrong I was I let frustration cluod my judgment, Golden Crow where excellent and polite and understanding when they had every right not to be, sent me out a replacement straight away, with apologies when I should be the one apologising, brilliant company that has excellent customer service especially when dealing with idiots like myself and the product is excellent as well, I am humbled thank you Golden Crow, Amazing company..

You only get 2
The first line of the description of the product states ‘5 High Capacity Emergency Survival Water Straws’. The 5 should be removed from the description, it can be misleading. When the package arrived there were only 2. I appreciate that lower down you can choose between 2 or 5. I should have taken more notice but if the number 5 was removed from the description at the top there would not have been a problem. I have not needed to use the straws but they appear to be well made and as described.

These water filters are good to keep on hand
I tested these myself and they work as expected. They’re lightweight, compact, and easy to keep in an emergency kit, vehicle, or backpack. The water flow is good, and I like that they’re reusable rather than single-use. I also appreciate the compatibility with different water containers, making them versatile for camping, travel, and emergency preparedness. Having five in the pack means I can keep extras on hand. Overall, a great addition to my emergency supplies.
