First this is a 5-star purchase for me. I did rate 4 stars for "Softness", because it is sturdy and holds up well to a lot of moving it and use. It is a "soft-hard"? Sturdy, comfy, pillow. Soft to me is like those foam filled fluffy "kid toy" pillows you can buy that are lightweight and cushy. I mean, we can either have a softie that smooshes out pretty quickly with no support to it, or we can instead have a useful prop-up pillow that is soft enough to be comfy+hard enough to be supportive: We cannot have both in one item can we. So 4 stars because it isn't soft/whimpy, but that's a good thing. I needed support without any hassle or surprises, no lumps, no irritations, no maintenance, off the rack use. And that's what I got. This set arrived in great condition and with both the extra pillows with it, in a color as promised in the ad picture. This is sturdy, well-made, with handle up top (thank goodness), and has some weight to it. This is no lightweight toss-around throw pillow set. The two added pillows with it are toss-around, but the main pillow is, well, solid and will stay where it is placed until you want to move it. I love that it doesn't slide around easily. This set got me through multiple medical procedures where I had to spend some time propped up in bed. Helped offset back, shoulder, leg issues. Tough enough to not be too difficult to "move around the 2 extra pillows" while leaning on the main pillow. That helped. I continue to use all three every night. And every day I still use the 2 extra pillows separately in chairs to help offset shoulder, back, and leg issues I am working through. I am recalling that this came in separate "sizes". Noting that I "might" have done ok with the Medium, but will never know. I purchased the Adult size "Large", and it seems large and tough enough for a, well, up to a larger husband really. It is larger than I might have needed, but it works great so I am very happy. Worth a final mention to be sure you think about size before purchasing. This set is comfy while also being very supportive. I am happy with my purchase. I work from home and suffer from some ailments that cause me to have to stay in the bed a lot of the time. I purchased this pillow so I could be able to sit up in bed and work on my computer. It is the best purchase I have made this year! It is the perfect size and tall with a head rest pillow that can be removed. It has side pockets o use for my remote control and my cell phone. The arm tests are great as well it gives me extra support around my hip area as I have back and hip issues. It also comes with an extra pillow that is oblong that I use to to either put under my knee at times or I can put it behind my lower back if I feel like I need any added support during the day. There is a total of 4 extra pockets to use attached to this pilow. At night I can also use this pillow as a support u see both of my leggy you can just flip it around and put your feet towards the neck rest pillow and the arm rest pillows are used to support your knees and keeps your legs from slipping off. I pull it all the way up to underneath my knees. This supports my bad back and helps me get a better night sleep. I can also use it as a regular sleeping pillow you can lay it flat and sleep on your side or stomach. I like to sleep on my stomach and cuddle on the back as the arm rest and straighten out my legs this helps align my spine, support my head and neck and keeps me comfortable for hours! The cover is removable and washable and feels like soft velvet. I wish that you could purchase different covers for this pillow. I would prefer a soft cotton linen cover.

The Clara Clark Reading Pillow is a great product. It is constructed and feels as it is described; good support, size and comfort. But getting it was a nightmare! After ordering the first time, it arrived in a box that was taped over many times. It seemed like a repackage job. When I opened it, I saw the zipper on the headrest was partially torn, so I called Amazon. They said I could get a refund or a replacement, so since it other wise looked good, I took the replacement. I asked if I could just return the headrest and get a new one, but they said I had to return the entire chair. This compressed, memory foam chair came in a 10" by 2' box & there was no way I could get it back into that bac, since it expands to a very large size upon unpacking. I asked the rep what to do, and he told me to buy a much larger box; It was expensive and very awkward to handle!! I was supposed to receive the replacement chair in 2 days, but it did not arrive as promised. I called Amazon to inquire where it was. The first rep hung up on me because she did not know how to handle tracking. The second rep said she could not find my account in their computer, so could not deal with me. The 3rd rep, a Supervisor, found my tracking number and said a regular rep could use it to find my account and package. But she was unable to transfer me to a regular rep! (WHY??) So, my 4th call to a new rep, got my account located, but this rep said I had to contact the Postal Service to find out where my package was. I did this, and the chair was delivered the next day. When it was left on my porch, the front of the package was partially ripped open, unlike the first one that was tapped over a dozen times. I opened it, unpacked the chair, and it expanded normally, as described. I examined it and it looked in good condition and felt very sturdy and comfortable. I kept it and it seems like a very good chair. But as I explained, getting a good one delivered was a nightmare! Kudos to the manufacturer! But Amazon got a big "F" on this packaging, tracking, delivery, and service by their reps! You decide if you want to take a chance. I think Amazon has to take a hard as to how it is now handling these types of problems!!

This item i bought was thd wrong item, I thought it was just a small back pillow? Not this big bulky half chair pillow and i was ready to return it. At first it was this awkward & ugly big half chair thing. But now, after it finally stretch out, it's the favorite spot to laid back & chill...who knew?🤗

Color is more purple than navy. Product not stuffed quite enough. I like it but have to wrestle with it every time i use it because it tends to lean toward one side

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. The pillow itself is fine, maybe a little firm but will likely soften over time. Delivery was swift. I opened the package three days before Christmas to let it expand and air out. The smell I read about in other reviews really wasn’t bad and faded by Christmas morning. I gave it one star because the cover ripped after two hours of use. It’s not like my son was pillow fighting with it; he literally only laid on it. The rip started out small and quickly spread along the seam. The cover itself is soft but very thin. I’m hoping my mother-in-law can sew some kind of patch over it. My husband and I work full time and have three kids involved in sports, band, academic team, etc., so it’s not easy for us to get to the post office for a return. I read the reviews prior to purchasing and didn’t see anything about rips so maybe this was a fluke but it’s still a big disappointment.
