Great after shower

The base of this oil is made of Sunflower and Almond oil. It's lightweight, yet still very nourishing and moisturizing. It takes a bit of time to fully absorb into your skin, but that also makes this ideal for massaging. This oil would be great on its own eve it it was just that, a hydrating mixture of Sunflower and Almond oil. But the real standout feature here is the fruity scent, and boy does this oil smell good! It really is grapefruit scented. It took me a couple uses for my nose to get past the grapefruit scent and actually pick up on the base oil scent. The aroma is very apparent, but not overbearing either. The pump is average, maybe ever so slightly subpar, not much to say there. Price-wise, PHATOIL prices their oils very well. This is a very competitively priced oil for what it is. I've gone through most of my bottle this winter, and I definitely recommend it.

This body oil does a wonderful job at moisturizing. The formula is silky and comfortable against the skin, and doesn't feel sticky or too heavy. The oil absorbs pretty quickly, and leaves you feeling smooth all day. The container lasts for a good while, because a little of the oil goes a long way. The only issue I really had with this product is the scent. While the ginger is absolutely there, no doubt about it, I did find it a little overwhelming and I couldn't smell any other notes in the oil. Other than that, I'm super happy with this and would love to try another scent in the future.

I love the smell of grapefruit, but this smells NOTHING like grapefruit, it does however smell like rancid citrus. I could not wear it, and I could not get smell out of the back of my throat for hours after I opened it. The other reviews for this product were good so I was expecting a pleasant scent, not something that smells as though its gone bad. Its to bad, because the oil itself felt nice, but the smell was just terrible.

I picked up this Grapefruit Body Oil recently and have been using it for about a week now. The first thing that caught my attention was the subtle citrus scent - it's refreshing without being overpowering like some other fragrance oils I've tried. The oil itself has a nice consistency that absorbs into my skin without leaving a greasy residue, which is a huge plus for me. I've been applying it right after showering while my skin is still damp, and it's been keeping my normally dry skin moisturized throughout the day. One thing I also wish the scent lasted a bit longer - it tends to fade after a few hours. But considering the natural ingredients and how little you need to use each time, the 260ml bottle seems like it will last quite a while. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a lightweight body oil with a pleasant grapefruit fragrance.

This bottle of Grapefruit Body Oil from Phatoil arrived to me as shown on the listing here. The bottle arrived to me sealed properly, no leaking, which was good to see. Besides a screw-on cap for the oil bottle, there is a plastic stopper in the bottle’s neck to further help prevent any leaks, which is a very nice touch. Also included is a pump for the bottle of oil. The bottle’s label lists that the ingredients in this oil is as: - Sunflower Seed Oil - Sweet Almond Oil - Grapefruit Peel - Lemon Peel Oil - Cupressus Sempervirens Oil - Juniperus Communis Fruit Oil The oil has a consistency that’s what I’d consider Medium, though on the lighter side. It’s not what I would call watery, but it is on the thin-side for a Medium-weight body oil. The oil’s aroma doesn’t bring Grapefruit to my mind, though. It’s definitely a citrus smell, but Grapefruit isn’t what it brings to mind, which makes sense due to there also being Lemon Peel Oil in the ingredients. I found the aroma of the oil to be present, but a bit light. That’s a plus if you’re not fond of heavily scented body oils. Overall, The body oil behaves

Scent: Grapefruit This is a wonderful body oil for all of your skin needs. A good quality with a lovely light scent. I love all of the goodness that grapefruit provides for the body which is why I selected that scent. When I first opened the bottle, I really didn't smell any grapefruit at all. Barely anything, really. It was after I had applied this to my legs and then whiffed at my hand that I picked up the scent. Yes, a definite light natural grapefruit smell. Very pleasant and bright to the senses. When tending to my dry legs, I've found layering my moisturizers to be the most effective method. Start with a good coating of this body oil and allow it to absorb for a few minutes. Then layer some sort of a body cream or lotion overtop and you'll have wonderfully conditioned skin. Of course, even this alone will treat you well. You will have dewy skin for a while, but depending on how much you've applied, and the dryness of your skin, it will all soon fully absorb. Once that happens, you'll be impressed with how well this works. It's clean and good for most skin types. Well worth using over the entire body, especially along areas that need some extra loving care. Appropriate for both men and women alike.

Oh, wow. If you like the smell of burned cat fur and dog vomit, then Ginger is the scent for you. Absolutely unbelievably bad scent. Such a shame because the consistency is nice, but wow. That smell is atrocious.

This oil has a nice rosemary smell. Is very effective on dry skin and the oil is good quality and not greasy. Definitely good value

The oil is great, but the sense is a bit too strong. It depends on how you like it the sense to be if you like strong smells and you’re gonna like this one if you like something more relaxing than this might be a bit strong but to massage I think this is a great oil.
