I bought this to be able to make perfectly round eggs, and it works great for that. Same thickness as the larger De Buyer steel pans.

De Buyer, niente da aggiungere

Robust, solid and excellent quality. It is weenie but big enough to fry an egg or a drop scone. I treasure it as it's size limits the amount of frying in my diet and the smell of frying in the kitchen.

Nie nadaje się do smażenia jajek, powodują przywieranie, bez względu czy nie stosujemy tłuszczu czy smarujemy tłuszczem. Do saźenia innych produktów nie stosowałem. Kupiłem ponieważ opis jednoznacznie wskazywał do smażenia jajek. Nie polecam.

Very happy with this purchase. It makes perfectly round sunny-side-up eggs and pancakes. I barely need any oil, and nothing sticks. I was hesitant to try another De Buyer pan after my Blue Steel one warped, but this Carbone series is thicker and much sturdier - no issues so far.
