Helps keep water out and looks good. It is a little on the pricy side, but the same as an Indian dealer. Everything fits as it should and seem sturdy. The magnet is pretty good and it hasn't gone anywhere while riding yet. Review: Nice looking, fits well, strong magnet. I think a little pricey but prolly to be expected for Indian product.
