Gorilla bar twister arm trainer
The Gorilla Bar Twister Arm Trainer is a solid piece of workout equipment that’s great for both beginners and more experienced users. I really like that the resistance is adjustable from 30 to 120 lbs, which makes it easy to scale up as strength improves. It works well for targeting the chest, arms, shoulders, and even forearms, so it feels like a versatile addition to a home workout routine. The anti-slip handles are comfortable and provide a secure grip, even during tougher reps. The bar itself feels sturdy and well-made, giving confidence that it can handle regular use without issues. I also appreciate how portable it is—the included carry bag makes it easy to take on the go or store without taking up much space. It’s simple to use, doesn’t require a lot of setup, and delivers a surprisingly effective workout in a short amount of time. Overall, this is a great option for men and women looking for a compact, adjustable strength-training tool that’s convenient, durable, and effective. 💪

Hey Arms Let the Flab Twist Away With My New Trainer
I want to get the negative out of the way. To assemble one has to push in some pegs to slide the bar over so the pegs snap into holes for both setting the poundage and to secure the bars. For those of us with arthritis or other dexterity issues and pain, this method is getting archaic and needs to be revised. Now on to the positives. My husband and I cannot always make it to the gym. My husband because he is often having to go into the clinic when it is too busy for the physician on staff or because someone called out and as the director he has to cover in addition to his own clinical hours. I often have to take care of foster children or review products or help our college kids. Thus, we have some equipment in the house such as a treadmill, elliptical, workout bench, step, weights, etc. I kept seeing this on Amazon and it seemed like something I could do pretty easily when I had a moment or two and my husband was willing to try it. I ordered it. My daughter was home from college when it came in and we all thought let's give it a try. It took a few minutes to put together though I couldn't do it because of the pegs and holes issue. Once together and at 30 pounds our daughter tried it first. She couldn't figure out where to put her forearms to get her position correct and I showed her the box and the instruction sheet and she began to do it. Then my husband walked in and she handed it off to him and he performed a couple of the exercises and said it was interesting. He said he felt the tension as he was doing it. I have not tried it yet. It does look like something I would be able to do while the infants are sleeping or at other down time. While it is not going to replace weights, gym time, or equipment it is going to be a good way to workout when you can't do so in any of the other forms. In fact, it's a lot like the bar my father hung between the door frame and we did pull-ups or hangs back in the 60s (yes the nineteen sixties). We didn't really have gyms on every corner like there is now and we found ways to exercise at home or at the playground. This trainer is quite sturdy and appears well made. It has an interesting weight system in using the pegs and holes. Shortening the distance of the handles by the pegs and holes and it makes it heavier. It is labeled to reflect where you need to put the pegs to be at 30, 60, and 120 pounds. The padded bars that are held for the work are soft and non-slip. For those of us who haven't any strength in our arms it really does let us "feel the burn" from the get-go. For all the metal in this product I am surprised at how inexpensive it is. Pleasantly surprised I should say. I am ready to begin my arm exercise with this trainer and hope I can stick with it. I'm 65 and since COVID I've had more excuses than ever to not exercise. This is hopefully my start.
