What to do if the outer box of the heating box is damaged or the stone is broken

If you receive the heating box with a damaged outer box or broken stones, or if the heater is unable to effectively heat the stones, please via the Amazon messaging system or email. We will promptly arrange for a replacement.

Do different sized stones take the same amount of time to heat up to the same temperature?

Time inconsistency - small stones will heat up quickly due to their small size - large stones will absorb more heat than small stones due to their large size heating to the same temperature, so it is recommended to heat up the large stones first

How can I get the stone to heat up a little faster

It is recommended to cover the box when heating the stone to prevent heat loss, so that the heating will be faster
