I love this backpack. Especially the way it opens to get access to your stuff. The material is very durable and there is ample space and pockets in the pack.

This is a really, really nice pack. I ordered the Cherry Blossom, and the color was beautiful. The materials are super nice, and I understand now why the price/value is what it is. I love how it stands up on its own, and the tri-zip situation is really convenient. I feel like the actual storage capacity is a little overstated, this feels closer to a little over 20L to me, just a little snug, but not bad. The top pocket is really roomy though, so maybe that's why they were estimating a little high, but it's tough to know. The rip open thing is a gimmick in my opinion, and I swear I saw a little loop to grab the top flap from in the review videos, but it turns out there isn't one, and this makes all the difference for me because there was no way to get enough grip on the lid to overcome the friction from the zippers and rip it open. Honestly, not a big deal. The zippers are really nice, and overall I really liked the bag, aside from the fit. The only real issue I had with the pack was carry comfort. The bottom of the bag hits me right at the bottom of my lumbar and even after making as many adjustments as I could, it was still painful for me to carry. Such a bummer. Another bummer are the "Free" return options Amazon offers. Frustratingly, there was only ONE free option at Kohls, and all the others were a minimum $7 charge?! Kohls is almost a 30 minute drive for me, but the usually free UPS Store is less than 10, and now Amazon wants $7 for that? Ain't nobody got time to drive for 30 minutes for a return, and when I chose the UPS store, Amazon pops up and says hey, there's a free option at Kohls and that's a bunch of BS as far as I'm concerned. When I order the next size up, it definitely will NOT be from Amazon. Minus one star for the poor fit, and minus another for Amazon's bad behavior, which I consider part of my experience with a YETI purchase.
