When cleaning them for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the silicone's soft but durable feel. Even after tons of feedings and cleanings, the feel remains that of quality.We chose the extra slow flow (XS) because our newborn struggles with acid reflux and also has a tongue-tie. This nipple made a real difference. The slower, more controlled flow helps him pace himself better, which means less gulping, fewer air bubbles, and much gentler feedings overall. Pairing these nipples, paced feeding, and holding him upright for 20min at LEAST has reduced his reflux episodes significantly.They’ve also been great for maintaining breastfeeding rhythm.
