I’m definitely buying more. Just wanted to leave my opinion as I was completely surprised how good they tasted. Never really had natto before, including when I was in Japan. Guess it never came up. However, these are very tasty. A slight, very slight aftertaste but I quickly got accustomed to it. I’ve been eating them straight out of the bag too much so I’m going to reorder. Actually why I came to the review as I asked my Alexa to reorder. Just have to worry about over consumption as the Fiber content is high. Don’t want to overdo fiber intake, trust me……..Anywho, The taste is similar to chickpeas, so I’m not sure why I’ve read it wasn’t good or tough to the tastebuds. I want to try the refrigerator process and add some white rice later, so I’ll do that in this next reorder. I highly recommend these!!

I almost never write reviews. I just wanted to say, this is my 20th purchase. I go through a pack every 5-7 days. I love the texture , light and crunchy, full of Natto aroma. Cleanest and Healthiest ingredients. High quality control- I haven’t had a single bad batch yet in all my 20 bags purchased so far.

Giving 5 stars due to small amount in bag and price point. Was turned off by initial smell once opening but after using a few times and adding some salt I loved it. Delicious. I can only hope it has the healthy qualities it speaks of being freeze dried and not fresh. I do love the taste and adding it to my flax, oats morning meal.

This is pretty good. Not as good as the natto furikaki but still very good. It is freeze dried, that makes it easy to crush and add to furikaki I have on hand. It was a good purchase. The flavor is slightly sour but light. I haven't tried mixing water in and using it that way as of yet. For now this way works for me. *** This is my 3rd or 4th reorder. It is addicting, the flavor, the crispy crunch. I tried it as a salad topping and yep that works as well. 😋

These are extremely delicious. put 10 grams of dried natto in a ramekin or small container with plastic wrap with 20ml of water, let it sit for 3 hours in the fridge and you have real natto. If you want a bigger portion just double the measurements and make sure the water doesnt go over the beans. The less water you add and it will be just like the real natto that comes out the packs. This is so good with soy sauce, kimchi and I like it the most just mixed with furikake on rice and maybe a raw egg. This is a great option for those who do not live near an asian market and want to try natto. This tastes even better heated up like in Natto Spaghetti or Natto Chahan.
