Pureboost Clean Energy Booster, Refreshing Energy Drink Mix with B12 Vitamins, Electrolytes, Antioxidants, Sugar-Free with No Sucralose (Combo Pack, 10 Count)

I love this stuff. One packet mixes 2 bottles of water and I use for my workouts. All 3 flavors are delicious!

I was so excited at all of the great benefits of Pure Boost, but one thing I would recommend is not to drink it on an empty stomach. I've tried it two days in a row and even with a few nuts in my stomach, it's really bothering me. I'm doing intermittent fasting, so my plan was to drink this earlier in the day to give myself energy and tie myself over until I can eat later. However, something in this, possibly the zinc, messes with my stomach and makes me really uncomfortable. I'm going to drink it after I eat from now on. This is a top-notch drink and I do recommend it! It has great vitamins, it's fantastic that there's no sucralose, and it tastes really good.

I got into the habit of drinking sugary energy drinks or the ones with fake sugar. I was spending a lot of money and my skin was paying the price (I have psoriasis so I’m prone to flair-ups from sugar and chemicals.) I found Pureboost as an alternative and so far I’m really enjoying the benefits compared to what I was consuming before. The energy feels natural and because it’s fueled by vitamins and minerals, I’m getting my daily value now. I can taste the vitamin C which I love because I’m really into sour foods like lemons and tangerines. I like the flavors I just personally use two glasses of water to drink one packet so that the sour isn’t as strong (and it forces me to drink extra water - an added benefit!) I like that there are electrolytes and antioxidants and no crash at the end of the day. I plan on trying their other products too given how phenomenal it is for the price (less than $2 a packet.) Highly recommend!

Tried the Berry Boost and Citrus Sunrise flavors. Gave me an energy boost and I did like the berry flavor better. Both had a vitamin taste and smell to them, seems logical given the composition, and were tart. I didn’t really care for the fizz. The mix does take forever to dissolve. I am half way thru a 22 oz bottle, drinking for about 15 minutes, have shaken it several times, and there is still sediment.

I tried the multi variety pack of Pure boost. Another brand I was using stopped selling the travel pouches so I needed another option. This was the closest in terms of ingredients and amount of caffeine. The is just enough for a boost without being too much. Some of the flavors have a vitamin after taste except for the berry boost. That is the flavor I just reordered and will continue to.
