I am currently being treated for Gestational Diabetics and was recommended these noodles by a friend for a delicious, carb friendly noodle. These do not disappoint! I find them to be delicious and are a fantastic option for me during my pregnancy. The texture is a little firmer than I'm used to, but I actually really like the consistency. Keep in mind that these noodles do take a little longer to cook than typical noodles, but that isn't a deal breaker for me. Overall, I'm super impressed with the quality of these noodles and will continue to purchase!

Love these low carb noodles. Perfect for keto eaters. Doesn't spike my blood sugar and have a great taste and texture.

Great tasting product and it doesn’t fall apart

I love this stuff! More expensive, cooks longer but well worth both! The taste is exactly like regular pasta, but lower cal and carbs. Not quite keto but close. (I did cook a few min longer than directions said to get better texture).

This is a very tasty low carb pasta option. My carb loving husband cant even tell the difference when I use this vs regular pasta. Cooks like regular pasta and tastes like regular pasta, really is a great swap.
