There are also really helpful and informative diagrams showing pain referral areas which is really useful to demonstrate and show clients. Also helpful pages at the back listing diagrams of areas by pain and sections stating areas of insertion and beneficial stretches - I would definitely recommend this book. One of best books for anyone studying Myofascial release techniques
Brilliant book for anyone studying Myofascial pain, Trigger Points and Neuromusucular Techniques - a good mix of technical information but in easy to understand language. There are also really helpful and informative diagrams showing pain referral areas which is really useful to demonstrate and show clients. Also helpful pages at the back listing diagrams of areas by pain and sections stating areas of insertion and beneficial stretches - I would definitely recommend this book.

El libro que he comprado para ayudar con un terapeuta de masaje y sanación. Es sencillo y fácil de entender y da ejercicios para ayudar a los clientes con lesiones y así sucesivamente. Muy contento con el libro y lo recomiendo altamente.

Very comprehensive book
I have no education in trigger points. I know fascia and how important it is to keep it “mobile” and “free flowing”. this is a great book to learn from. Can know pinpoint what needs to be done for self and family to help out pain
