Der Tee bringt definitiv was. Geschmack ist vollkommen okay. In Kombination mit Äpfel etc. nicht zu empfehlen, dann ist tatsächlich das zuhause bleiben von einem Tag zu raten.

I generally don't have the best of bowel movements with it normal for a few days to pass in between sittings. I thought maybe this tea might help kick things off after a particularly delayed session. The tea tastes bad, I'm not going to lie about that (or maybe, it tasted bad to me because I'm not a tea drinker). About half an hour later, the noises coming from the depths of my bowel.
