I love this soy sauce! The flavor is great it truly is low sodium I love how dark it is. I will definitely get it again!

This organic low sodium soy sauce surprised me in a good way. A lot of “low sodium” sauces taste weak or watery, but this one still has real depth and umami. It’s smooth, balanced, and doesn’t have that harsh super-salty hit, so you can actually taste what you’re cooking, not just salt.It’s USDA Organic and naturally brewed, which I like, and it doesn’t taste artificial or chemical. It works anywhere I’d use regular soy sauce: stir-fry, marinades, dumpling dipping sauce, even just on rice or veggies. It also mixes really well with sesame oil and a little vinegar for a fast dressing.Is it still salty? Yes, it’s soy sauce 😅 — but compared to regular ones it’s gentler. If you’re trying to cut down the sodium a bit without losing flavour, this is a nice option.Only downside is the price for the size, but the quality feels higher than “grocery store” soy sauce so it makes sense.Overall: clean ingredients, full taste, lower salt, easy to use in cooking and marinades. I’ll keep using this instead of the standard stuff.

I would give this 4.5 stars out of 5. I still find it a bit pricey for how much you get in the bottle. However, it is nice tasting soy sauce and I would buy again.
