Reliable
I hate to say it, but I have dropped this thing in water twice while it was on and it still worked each time. I let it dry completely of course before re-attempting to turn it back on, but pretty impressed.

The product is damaged and not working
The product received after 18days of ordering it turns out to be damaged and not in workable state. Even the packaging was not done in a proper manner. Totally disappointed after such a long wait of receiving the product.

Doesn’t stay put in place
Moves around the terrarium, so it does not stay put in place. I would not buy this again and I would not recommend buying it for the reptile tank.
