Humble Bee 421 Aero Beekeeping Suit with Fencing Veil

Love this brand and suit. Make sure to inspect when you get it. I did not, and the pockets are torn at the seam. Too late to return so I'll just have to deal with it and mend on my own

The 3 layer mesh doesn't wrap around your head like is shows in their pictures so your ears are essentially unprotected, see the picture I attached of me wearing it. The bees can sting you through the single layer mesh because when you turn your head from side to side the mesh comes in contact with it. You have to hold perfectly still to keep it off your ears and face(even while wearing a cap)and that never happens in the bee yard.

My wife and I are 5’4” 165 and 5’6” 180 respectively. We bought a medium because it was on sale. It fits short in the torso for my wife but she admittedly has a longer torso so it was somewhat expected. There are straps for hands and feet allowing for a tight fit. She has worn it once in hot weather with shorts on and didn’t have any stings and said it was much cooler than a traditional jacket. She had to braid her hair because the veil was touching her nose with a ponytail. This was annoying but not as inconvenient as returning it or beestings would be. Overall a good suit.

The size and description was very wrong. I ordered a medium and it was very small. Had to return. Also the hood was very flimsy.
