BRILLIANT ....BANG BANG!!!
I bought this for a christmas party... got the "8 caps" separately.... was the BEST gun... everyone was using it to "hold up" the Boss!!! ... loud BANG and really nice metal body.... others had guns at the party... but NO ONE was better than this one ...!! Fast delivery and nice gift box (if your buying for a kid or pressie)... very happy...

Excellent product
Excellent product, bought for my son and he loves it! Reminds me of my childhood!

Not bad. Not great.
Pretty solid build from what I can tell by first glance other than some minor cosmetic damage, and a loose handle. As this cap gun didn't come with caps, I still haven't tested. But it seems mechanically sound, so my hopes are high. I do think this toy is far more expensive than it's worth - especially considering it comes with no caps.. but if you're willing to lose a couple quid in place for a childhood memory, and a couple more for alternatively sourced ammunition, go for it and buy. This product is exactly as you remember - clunky and cheaply made, but a lot of fun.. assuming it works.

Hammer is Bad
GENUINE REVIEW The gun is cool one you first get it nice realistic (kinda) fun to use but the hammer is ASS mine broke after 3 months but still as a prop fairly decent

It’s made of all metal which gives it this really high quality feel and the size is good for looks and feel but nothing too big and realistic

Cheap, not durable at all
Cheap mechanism and build supposedly from a reputable brand which is a shame as some minor tweaks to the hammer next to the main one would stop it from permanently slipping and being unusable. I only it had it for two days before it broke and a barely even used it. They just don’t make cap guns like they did a few years back unfortunately.
