What is the difference between the farmers market expansion version of the game, and the builders and biomes version?

The Farmer's Market version is an add-on to the base game Builders and Biomes version. You cannot play the Farmer's Market on its own, it requires the pieces from the base game to be usable. Using it adds extra powers that you can buy with veggies you grow on new special tiles that you add to the central piles.
