I am over the moon with Hollander sauces. I am very mindful of what I consume and I like to indulge in fun fancy coffee and I don't like to use other syrups that are full of high fructose corn syrup and this has exactly what I have been looking for. the flavor is fantastic it's decadent good quality. It is worth the price because of what you're getting it is quality and you know when you're using it you're not harming your body

delicious, this is what one of my fav coffee shop uses. lasts me a good amount of lattes. pair with espresso, here's my fav latte combo for a 16oz iced coffee 15g white mocha, 15g caramel, pinch of salt, double shot espresso/equiv, 4-6 oz milk (would recommend breve/half and half as a rare treat), ice... perfection

I trusted the advice of everyone else in these reviews and gave it a try - wasnt disappointed in the least. Sweetens my lattes perfectly without any weird aftertaste or fake sugar taste, the consistency is like thick syrup; it doesn't get stiff and hard to pour in a chillier temp, and it blends right in to my drinks with only a couple stirs of the spoons. Will definitely be buying caramel and chocolate too now that I've confirmed it's as good as everyone says. Ps - I saw some people having difficulty with a leaking bottle after delivery, but that wasn't the case for me. The syrups arrived undamaged and unopened, and with no issues.

I used to drink iced white mochas from Starbucks several days a week. My usual order consisted of an Iced white chocolate mocha with 4 shots and whole milk. It started getting expensive, and drip coffee at home was not the same. I decided to invest in an espresso machine (Delonghi EPC3420) and purchased this sauce to make my own drinks. At first, it was trial and error to get the drink to taste how I like it. To my surprise, a little goes a long way with this sauce. I measure the sauce in my drink by counting to 2 when I pour it in first (about 1oz of sauce.) Next is the espresso, 2 shots, right on top of the sauce. I stir gently, then add cold milk (I use organic, cream top whole milk), ice, and a little whipped cream. The heat of the espresso helps mix the sauce in better. I've tried layering the ingredients in different ways, but the sauce doesn't fully mix well when cold milk or ice hits it prior to the espresso. It still tastes good though. Too much sauce and it's overpoweringly sweet. Too little and you barely taste it. You don't want too much sauce or you might ruin your drink! I would start out experimenting with a little at a time until you find what's best for you. I was looking for something without preservatives, but I settled on this because it doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors. I found since I started drinking my white mochas at home that I am drinking half of what I was from Starbucks. This means I'm drinking less sugar each day. I love that I can control my sugar intake and save money on my drinks with this product. I'm really glad I found this, now to order the bigger bottle!

I haven’t become a huge fan of the Hollander sauces. They are amazing. I don’t use them in my coffee. I use them on my ice cream and my yogurt. I now have all of them. The white is excellent. They also do not make their sauces cloyingly sweet they’re very rich and delightful.

Good quality syrup. Tastes well in coffee. I bought so I could recreate a Starbucks drink and it definitely did the trick. Not too sweet that it overpowers the white chocolate flavour. I would recommend if you wanted to make your own lattes at home. May be good for other pastries as well.
