It is a great protective case. I had a defective case (inside of the case had a small bulge, which I thought it could indent or leave an impression on back of the phone), but I sanded it down. I did not want to go through exchanging it. I give it 5 stars, bc its a great case and not too bulky. You have to understand that if you are purchasing a bigger phone than iPhone 5, then it will seem bulkier with a case on.
