Not bad for gluten-free, nice taste. I used this as a dry topping for cobbler. You would need LOTS of egg whites to bake cake as usual.

Haven't had angel food cake in years because I am now GF. This mixed worked out well and took me back to some childhood memories

This cake was moist and delicious. I am only giving four stars as I was not aware 10 egg whites were needed to add to this cake. Not difficult to make, just costly in my opinion.
