I believe that, as Indians, we should recognize and appreciate our origins. Many people assume that authenticity can be determined solely by labels, but that is not true. Mustard, for example, is a fundamental foundation of Indian culture and cuisine. Farmers cannot thrive without fields of yellow flowers, and while some may focus on producing technologically advanced, cholesterol‑controlling oils, these innovations alone cannot fully address heart health issues rooted in broader dietary and lifestyle habits. Mustard not only helps maintain warmth and health both internally and externally but also offers numerous benefits that go beyond what any single oil can provide. Labels claiming ‘authenticity,’ or those cluttered with unnecessary claims, may not attract customers as effectively as simplicity and minimal packaging, while the aroma and flavor of mustard remain integral to the culinary experience. The quantity and variety of spices used in Indian cuisine often signify their place of origin, and the Mediterranean region lacks this depth and diversity in mustard-based spices, reinforcing its Indian heritage. Do not simply copy or believe everything you read, as writers can be deceitful or unaware of their own inaccuracies. Instead, bring out the best of India without constantly comparing it to European standards. Would I recommend this oil? Yes! because it delivers the flavor and aroma that I personally miss in my food. Reviews are not solely for customers or advertising; they are also meant to guide sellers who should operate with their extraordinary common sense. Unfortunately, many fail to grasp this, which leads to poor judgment and misguided practices. The strongest heart is not built by cholesterol‑controlled products alone, but by those that nurture and maintain warmth, vitality, and overall well-being within the heart. Many products we assume will ‘save’ us are indifferent to our true health and offer little genuine benefit. Common sense is often ignored when we choose fancy, cholesterol‑controlled, or ‘free’ products without understanding or appreciating the natural goodness.

Those who are used to mustard oil know a lot about it. I was born and raised in the Volga region (Russia), where mustard oil is produced at the Sarepta plant. Living in America, I found Rani mustard oil (Kachi Gani). This oil is a little different from the Russian one, but I am very pleased with its taste and quality. I add mustard oil when I prepare dressing for cabbage soup, pilaf or any other dishes. Dishes without this mustard oil are not tasty! I highly recommend this mustard oil to those who love and know how to cook!
