Missing parts and no response
The bike was great but beware the company. We ordered this bike with saddle bags, which they never sent, and have reached our several times with no response.

I just love 💕 this bike
What a wonderful bike from isinwheel. I wish it had come with the lock which showed on the display page so I’m giving it 3 stars for dishonesty. Otherwise it rides like a dream.
