My Son broke this supposed unbreakable phone the first week he had it. top edge of the screen broke after 1 short drop. I didn't but a case for it right away because it was supposed to be military grade tough. Not so much my Iphone 15 is way tougher.

This phone is perfect me as I'm constantly on the go. If you are a little clumsy at times then thos phone could be perfect for you as well. I've dropped it a couple times, I must admit, but you'd never know from looking at my phone. Sometimes I'll accidentally put it in my pocket with my keys or what have you and, I swear, it has the most scratch resistant screen I've ever seen. It's loud, has crisp videos with remarkable clarity. I only have to charge it once every few days as it has a nice, large battery. Works flawlessly and is pretty fast to boot. Rugged is an understatement. It has a little weight to it but one gets used to that pretty quickly. The clarity of videos is amazing. Very clear. The G1 phone is undoubtedly the BEST phone I've ever owned and I've went through a ton of cell phones. It's very affordable and for it's price... You get way more than you pay for. Can't go wrong with this one!

UPDATE After using the phone for about a month with no issues, the android system updated and now I can't connect to my T-MOBILE network. I have tried restarting, reinserting the SIM card, resetting the network settings all with no success. I have enjoyed the battery life and rugged design, but if I can't connect to my network then it is just an overpriced battery pack and not worth 1 star. I have messaged the seller. If this problem can be fixed quickly then I will go back to 5 stars, but for now... Avoid this phone.

Don't purchase from here! I bought 2 of the same phones and neither worked. NOW THEY'RE TRING TO SAY THE GREEN ONE WASNT THE RIGHT ONE AND TRYIN TO CHARGE ME FOR THE PHONE THAT I RETURNED! THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM Great looking phone but wouldn't work on Verizon. It acknowledged the sim but wouldn't do anything else. Returned both items at the same time got my refunds and now they're claiming the product I sent back isn't the product I received. Why would I want to keep a phone that doesn't work on my carrier!
