This is Ceylon cinnamon, not cassia cinnamon. This tea is delicious! It was suggested to me by a doctor who specializes in keto diets because cinnamon balances out blood sugar and reduces sugar spikes. I have done some research and was reassured that this is good for a keto diet and does blunt sugar spikes.
