Why cant this ship to washington state?

Don't know why it won't ship to Washington, but be sure your brushes and combs are short. None of mine fit in the jar because the "plunger" is much to short. Good luck.

What is the height and width of the jar? (Not the package.)

Without measuring, this is too small for a regular comb/brush. Nothing I own fits unless travel size.
