Very bad experience. I would urge customers to stay away from this product and seller

Customer service is very responsive. They dealt with 2 issues in a timely manner. The first issue was the packages are sent in 2 shipments, but I thought when I received the first shipment they had NOT shipped the coffee table. Customer Service informed me that they only provide 1 tracking number for 2 shipment and that the second shipment was coming that week. Also, Customer service immediately shipped me a new cushion since 1 of the sofa cushions had a yellow stain. See pictures. Assembly was fairly straight forward and took me only 90 minutes to put together the sofa, and another 90 minutes for the 2 chairs. Only problem with the assembly was some of the screw holes were not punched out all the way. You have to use a hammer and screw driver to punch it out. Tip to assembly. - Don’t tighten all the screws until you have the legs on and make sure it is level. Then tighten all the way. Overall, it was a nice looking set that is reasonably price compared to buying them at outdoor furniture stores.

Got my new patio furniture set from Amazon and I’m obsessed. It’s sleek low profile and I put it together by myself in under an hour. It’s super easy. I can see right over it from my kitchen window which I love. It’s lightweight so I can move it wherever I want and the waterproof preppy throw pillows are also from Amazon.

I purchased the set about 1 week ago and the 2 club chairs arrived today. I set them up and tried them out. They can be assembled quite easily with the easy to follow instructions. They look pretty good for the price. My only disappointment so far is the back seat cushion is way too soft coupled with the fact that the back height is quite low so this makes it not to comfortable to sit in with enough back rest support required. The other pieces of the set including 3-seat sofa and coffee table will hopefully arrive soon and I’ll update this review at that time.

The ensemble is both comfortable and beautiful! It is sturdy and well made. The cushions are thick and super plush, and perfect to relax and enjoy the outdoors! There was one minor issue with the chair arm drill holes too small for the screws sent however Customer Service responded to my request for a new arm with great efficiency. The sent tracking, checked into ensure I had all issues addressed and fulfilled every obligation. This was one of the very BEST customer service events I have ever experienced, and it made the process very smooth and professional. I choose aluminum because it won't rust. I choose Olefin fabric because it is high quality, will last for years, and super plush. I also purchased coverings which protect from rain and wind. I am very excited to have this beautiful outdoor set and highly recommend any item from this manufacturer.
