how many pockets does it have outside and inside?

This has two lined front pockets (one of them has a pen stall). It also has 2 inner pockets.

Are these big and tall sizes as the title says? IF I order medium, am getting a medium tall?

Not true, if you order “M” that’s a NORMAL MEDIUM, if you order “MT” that’s a tall medium, they have several normal sizes and big and tall, just read

How do i exchange for a different color?

Returns and exchanges in your Account. If you're talking Carhartt, you may have to settle unless you want to higher cost.

I’m 6.2 height and 185 weight ; what size do you recommend for me?

My son iso. Us 6’2. 165lbs though. He got a large but swapped it for a medium. I’m guessing a large would do you.
