Why did you pick this product vs others?: Dress was gorgeous and decently priced. Overall, dress was pretty, but 3 sizes too small (even when going off of measurements and Customer service has been a nightmare. Came in, no where near size, over a month later after they got my return and still no refund to order a new dress. Had to find one from facebook Fit: fits much smaller than size Color: white

I measured myself over and over and got the size that fit to me according to the measurements photo and when I recieved the dress, I couldn't get it zipped up around my hip area. Very tight in hips. So I got a new dress from somewhere else, and decided that I would like to return this dress since it didn’t fit me correctly anyways. I contacted the company and they only offered me a $20 refund…..1/8 of what i paid and that’s not including shipping. So if you get this dress and it doesn’t fit you, and you don’t want to exchange it for a different size, then YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I feel if you are buying something like a wedding dress, you should have a better refund policy ESPECIALLY when your measurements are NOT accurate.

This dress was way too small. The description states free returns but that is not the case. I had to pay to ship the dress back myself. It has been two weeks and I still have not received a refund.
