Quality grill
This is the third Blaze grill I have purchased (for three different homes). Pros: Good heat distribution Quality construction Reliable Good packing Spare lights and switches Cons: A little pricey, but worth it The grill came on time

This gas grill is amazing good! The lid of grill is heavy and can stand any strong wind. The delivery is quick. Very happy with the purchase!

Great grill but arrived damaged
Grill looks amazing but it was damaged during delivery. Waited a week and a half for this and pretty disappointed when it arrived all beat up.

Excellent company that stands by their product
I have had their 25" three-burner grill since June of 2022. It works great and looks great. Easy to clean. BEST PART: They honor their lifetime guarantee without any hassle! A month ago, 2 of the burners started to become difficult to light. A bit of rust on the ignitor was causing a problem. I sent them a picture, and they sent me two new burner valves, at no charge and without any hassle or questions. Great company to work with.

Not a good quality
The grill works fine for only 1 year . After we had many problems every time we change the Gas propane. It goes into an emergency mode and it is extremely difficult to make it work . The warranty is being extremely difficult to work with. I would not recommend to buy it .

Damage grill
I was so happy to see the box not damage but you could hear all the stuff flying around after UPS drop it off. I found the top grill ripped right off the lower grill and dents everywhere. . Still waiting for returns

I had FOUR problems!
Came badly damaged and had to wait weeks for replacement. After less than a year, lights don't work, 4/5 igniters don't work, and the outside left & right sides get extremely hot which is damaging the granite countertop it's sitting on. Turns out it's made in China not USA.
