A great little portable set up when working on guitars. This product is three items that work together really well. The arch provides solid support for the neck of the guitar for changing strings, cleaning fretboards or frets, etc, the bag is for your tools or polish, and the rubber tray is perfect for keeping your removed screws and parts together. When not in use it all packs nearly away. Well done Fender! I wouldn’t be without mine now.

Quality is very basic and boarder line cheap. Pictures should not show tools in multiple instances if they are not included. With the tools, it would be worth it. Without tools, it's a cheap piece of plastic, cheap, worn looking piece of rubber and a small, empty pouch. £9.99 would have been a more suitable price point.

The item looked like it had been used as there was a little chip on the front and a couple of scratches to the side. Also the seal on the box had already been opened.Have not returned as I will not be able to get a replacement in time for xmas.

I've had this little gadget for a while now and can say that it works really well for me. The arch snaps easily off of a rubber base and there's plenty of room inside for common tools needed for guitar maintenance. Just snap the base onto it and it's ready to cradle the neck of your guitar. It makes restringing a breeze. I use it for any and all repairs, cleaning and polishing all of my guitars. Fender quality all the way. It's a keeper!
