Working great so far. Looks fantastic. I replaced it myself. Replacing the screen on the unit itself was fairly straightforward and easy, just followed the steps in the installation video. The hardest part was the actual removal and installation of the unit, removing and reinstalling the trim pieces is what really kicked my butt. I did require some assistance putting the unit back in and getting the trim pieces back together. Still way better than spending $2000+ at the dealership. Definitely recommend going this route! I did it mostly by myself and I'm just a girl.

This replacement screen is fantastic. As in the product description, the dealership would charge you $1500 to $2,000 to replace the whole cue unit (I received a quote in 2022.) Instead, 1.5 hours of careful work fixed my unresponsive screen. This is, in fact, the second time the vehicle has had the same issue. The previous owner of my 2014 ATS (co-worker) replaced the whole unit in 2017 under a GM warranty since the screen was cracked and stopped working. And I had an unresponsive screen right after five years since then. So this clearly shows that the OEM screen stops working within 3 to 5 years. So replacing the whole unit doesn't solve the issue essentially, and ultimately it is wasting time and money. Many Kudos to Cuescreen!!! You guys saved a lot of my money and time since this is supposed to be a permanent fix for this issue!!! (We’ll see how long this screen works) The installation was not too complicated, thanks to the YouTube videos Cuescreen created. I watched the video before I purchased the product, and I followed the instructions carefully while working on the replacement. It took just 10 min to remove the unit from the vehicle and about 1 hour and 20min to complete the rest of it. The most challenging part for me was the screen alignment. I broke one of the plastic pins at the bottom... Since there are many screws, I figured other pins and screws could align the screen, and I ignored the one broken pin. Luckily I was okay. The screen and the cue system work perfectly now, with a much more responsive screen. The screen seems durable, and the look of it is exactly the same as the stock screen. I work for a car OEM, but not a professional mechanic. If you are good at following instructions, only tools you need are tools coming with the kit, and a screwdriver and 7mm socket. Bought this product to repair by cue screen that had lost touch response in the center of the screen. The replacement screen from cuescreens is so much better than the OEM screen. I can confirm that as the company advertises, the touch response is far superior. Excellent image clarity too. I have full functionality on my screen again for a fraction of the price of replacing the whole module. This was the most ambitious project I’ve taken on so far in this vehicle and it is not without its challenges. That said, I went VERY SLOW and took my time to avoid breaking anything. All in the whole process took me 3 hours and 15 minutes from removal of the cue system to installation of the new screen and replacement of the module. I had a little time added due to the fact that I had replaced the OEM charging pad with a Qi enabled pad from 404 parts, and the harness for that pad was a little tricky to remove. I did end up breaking a couple of the clips for the trim around the gear shift when I pulled it out - don’t forget to take out the 7mm screws before pulling on the trim! (I think I may have just snapped those because they were a little brittle from baking in the sun) - that didn’t end up mattering at all - there were still plenty clips intact to firmly hold the trip without any issues. I didn’t buy the trim tools from cuescreens so I maybe could have avoided this had I done so - didn’t see any mention of where to use trim tools in that part of the installation video though. At the end of the day, I could not be happier with this product. Everything works as advertised, and although it wasn’t the easiest thing in the world to do, most people should be able to do it if you follow the instructions to the letter and have just a little bit of technical know how and common sense… you may have some slight variations depending on your model of vehicle …for example there were only 4 7mm bolts holding the side pieces onto the cue box in my ATS, whereas the instructions indicate there are 6. The best advice I can give is slow down and take your time if you are going to attempt this yourself. I guarantee I would’ve screwed it up if I had tried to rush it. I watched the install video all the way through two times before starting, and followed along with the video and pdf while doing the install. Seriously, listen to them when they tell you to do this. Good instructions, worked perfectly. Easy to install with basic skills. Does take a while to install. Fits right, looks as good as original. 1 year in and has held up well.

My 2019 Escalade screen was frozen at the initial warning message when you start the car and wouldn’t respond to touching “OK”. Took it to the dealer would said they had to replace the entire center entertainment console for $2500!! After doing some research decided to purchase this aftermarket screen and take a game for $200. Followed vendor install videos which took me about 3-4 hours all in. Results were a complete succcess!! Saved $2300. Great product - thanks

I have a 2017 Cadillac ATS and I could see the spider webs in the screen as soon as it stopped working. After some research, I found CueScreen replacement. This is only the replacement touch screen which is far less expensive than the entire console module. Easy to replace and looks exactly like the original. It is a delicate task and took me about an hour and a half. Videos are easy to follow and highly recommended. Support is also excellent.

This has been great alternative to the high cost replacement offered by Cadillac. Our 2015 SRX suddenly developed the famous spider cracked CUE screen a few weeks ago. Cadillac dealer estimated close to $2000 to replace. Ordered the Cuescreen, which arrived fairly fast. I watched the removal videos beforehand as well as during the removal itself (the videos are very well done). Job took about 2.5 hours to complete, product looks and functions great! I’m very happy with this versus the Cadillac option of replacing the whole Cue module for big $.

It's a bit of fun to remove and reinstall in the car but the screen change itself is fairly easy and quick. The instructions video is pretty accurate even if I have a wireless phone charger. I'm glad I had seen the info regarding 2017 and newer, I had a non responsive screen on my 2019 XTS, so I took the 15 mins break and when i got back to it, worked like a charm. So far, very happy with my purchase.

En lo personal cuido la camioneta como la niña de mis ojos, es una Cadillac escalade 2016, un día de la nada me empezó a fallar el touch hasta que ya se veía como una telaraña dentro (como estrellada) , anexo fotografía , ni me moleste en ir a la agencia ya que la garantía se perdió en diciembre pasado y se que me hubieran querido cobrar demasiado, así que me di a la tarea de investigar y me voy dando cuenta que a muchísisisisima gente les pasó lo mismo, me aventuré por los buenos comentarios que leí de esta pantalla y no me arrepiento. Encontré un video SÚPER DETALLADO de cómo reemplazar la pantalla (hago una aclaración para que no se espanten como yo cuando les llegue, no es el reemplazo de un equipo electrónico como tal, no piensen que los estafaron como yo al principio jajaja, simplemente es como una mica que lleva entre la pantalla y el usuario final que hace que funcione el touchscreen) , el link del video es el siguiente , se los recomiendo mucho. https://youtu.be/bZzC3CGrtpQ y más o menos nos tardamos aprox 1.5 hrs haciéndolo y quedó súper bien, la pantalla funcionó excelente.
