Peripera Water Bare Tint - Lip Tint, Lip Stain, Glowy Tint (005 RED UPDATE)

I have a bias for peripera tints ever since I tried their ink mood glow. This one is similar in consistency to ink glow but a little waterier, the thinnest formula for any lip tint I have tried and it works really well for blending it out for a gradient look. I think the shade is slightly on the warmer end when it dries compared to cool. I included a swatch comparison between (in order top to bottom) muted paradise, ink glow mauve chaos, ink glow pink prize, ink glow cooling pink, Romand bare grape and romand nucademia. The stain for muted paradise was by far the strongest lasting and tinted. I rubbed my fingers against my arm and it did not budge. Even though a lot of other reviewers noted a leaking packaging, mine luckily was fine, so your experience may vary!

I love these glossy tints from peripera - this is my second one. My fav color so far is the all right peach - brightens my lip color so well. The pure pink color is almost a magenta/ wine/ deep pink-purple color on my lips - not the color in the swatches. They are semi-long lasting and somewhat drying but not the most drying lip stains (def not as drying as the romand tints). These have a slight scent/ taste that is unoffensive to me and wears off quite quickly. I will continue to repurchase.

Even though the shade itself looks brown online it is a more pinkish shade. it does oxidize. It starts out a light pink brown but it darkens down. I wiped off the product after about 5 seconds, if left on longer the stain is stronger. It stains very easily though and its quite glossy. I love this lip stain so much. Compared to the romand juicy lasting tint I own, it doesn't have a lasting smell or flavor that is bothersome.

I love how this applies, and there is absolutely no taste or fragrance which I love. I only took a star off because it doesn't last as long as I would like, but feels amazing on - not sticky at all. I plan on getting more colors to try as well.

This is one of my fav lip stains. It feels invisible on the lips, and I love the watery consistency. It stains for a decent amount of time, and the packing is super cute. The only thing is that the product seeps into the clear cap, so it's a bit annoying! It also has a yummy sweet and fruity scent too.

I love this lip tint. It has become my go to after using it for the first time. It’s not too thick or sticky. It’s very light in your lips and gives you the perfect tint.

This lip stain is truly amazing. I think the water based qualities makes it a little difficult for some to work with, so just a heads up, you gotta be quick! The stain lasts me such a long time and the color looks so beautiful. If they expanded the shades, I would only ever buy lip products from them.

even though it says two piece set in the name, you only get 1… shame because $20+ for one lippie is ABSURD the actual product itslelf is good though 😥
